Returns & Refunds Policy

All items sold through Anointistry are handmade and custom-created. Because of this, all sales are final.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed for a full refund.
After 12 hours, orders are considered in progress and cannot be canceled or refunded, as materials may already be prepared or the item may already be in production.
Returns and refunds
Due to the handmade, custom, and personal nature of Anointistry products:
Returns are not accepted
Refunds are not offered once an order has begun processing or has shipped
This applies to all products, including but not limited to oils, sprays, jewelry, and made-to-order items.
Allergies and sensitivities
Product descriptions clearly list ingredients and materials whenever applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all ingredients and materials and verify any allergies or sensitivities before purchasing.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities as I take special care to notate everything on each product page
This includes reactions to oils, herbs, botanicals, metals, or any other materials used
Jewelry materials
Jewelry listings will clearly state whether an item is nickel-free.
If a listing does not explicitly state that an item is nickel-free, it should not be assumed to be nickel-free (some items being sold were made with materials from before I became aware of this allergy!)
No refunds will be issued for reactions related to metal sensitivities when material details were disclosed or not guaranteed.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact me directly so I can help resolve the issue and I will be happy to make it right!

Issues and communication
If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact me directly before leaving a negative review. I am approachable and committed to resolving genuine concerns, but bad faith or failure to contact me first may result in refusal of future service.
Refusal of service
Anointistry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and future service to customers who act in bad faith, abuse policies, or fail to communicate directly regarding order concerns.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
By placing an order with Anointistry, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Returns & Refunds Policy, including the no-refund and limited cancellation terms.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Anointistry to attempt resolution will be considered a violation of these terms.
Evidence of policy acceptance, order details, and communication history may be submitted to the payment processor in response to any chargeback or dispute.
